West Valley Muslim Association (WVMA) in collaboration with North American Islamic Shelter for the Abused (NISA) is thrilled to announce that we are bringing the Muslim Marriage Rejuvenation Retreat to the South Bay Area on May 4 & 5, 2024!
In this one-of-a-kind Marriage Retreat, couples will get the depth of experience that Shaykh Suhail Mulla and Ustadha Lobna Mulla have shared with multiple communities over the past two decades. The Muslim Marriage Rejuvenation Retreat integrates research-based interventions, utilizing the highly-effective Gottman method, with Islamic principles.
A hands-on, systematic approach integrating several instructional methods including brief lectures, couples’ and group exercises, role plays, group debriefs and problem-solving is utilized to help couples rejuvenate their marriage.

• Remove Barriers that Lead to Stagnation
• Disarm Conflictual Verbal Communication
• The focus is on you and your spouse. Each couple will be seated at their own private table throughout the retreat to ensure their privacy.
Since this is an active learning process for couples, both husband and wife must attend together.
